I am motivated this being my first day back on the road. I drug myself with hot coffee at 5 AM then hit the road. It is a good plan. The day is hot and muggy. I take advantage of the early coolness to make so mileage. It is then that I realize I need to work the long distance stamina back into my legs. No matter I have three weeks of hard walking ahead. Today I manage 20 miles.
